These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all appointments, services, and interactions with LA French Spa LLC (“LA French Spa,” “the Spa,” “we,” or “us”).
By scheduling an appointment, making a purchase, or using our website or Fresha booking system, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments & Online Booking (Fresha)

All appointments are booked and managed through Fresha, our official online scheduling partner.
By using Fresha, you also accept Fresha’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please ensure that your contact information is accurate.
Notifications, confirmations, and reminders depend on the details you provide.

2. Deposits & Payments

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking through Fresha. Deposits:

  • Are applied toward your service
  • Become non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show

We accept:

  • Online payments through Fresha
  • Major credit/debit cards (processed securely by Fresha)
  • LA French Spa gift cards

We do not store or process complete card numbers.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To respect the schedule and ensure a seamless experience for all guests:

3.1 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the service value.

3.2 No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice results in a 100% charge.

3.3 How to Cancel

Cancellations may be made:

  • Through the Fresha link in your confirmation email or SMS
  • Through your Fresha account
  • By contacting the spa during business hours

Messages received outside business hours are processed the following day.

4. Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your treatment.

  • Arriving late may shorten your session to avoid impacting the next guest
  • The full service fee still applies
  • Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be considered a no-show

5. Health, Safety & Contraindications

For your well-being, please inform your therapist of:

  • Allergies or sensitivities
  • Skin conditions
  • Recent procedures or injuries
  • Pregnancy
  • Medications affecting skin or circulation
  • Any relevant medical history

We may decline or adjust a service if it may compromise your safety.
Our services are non-medical and do not replace professional medical care.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal possessions.
LA French Spa is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

7. Gift Cards

LA French Spa gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Do not expire under Florida law (unless promotional)
  • Must be presented at checkout

Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

8. Refund Policy

All treatments are personalized experiences.

  • Services are non-refundable once rendered
  • Deposits and late-cancellation fees are non-refundable

If you have concerns about a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may assist you.

9. Conduct & Professional Boundaries

To preserve a serene and respectful environment, we reserve the right to discontinue a service if a guest:

  • Exhibits inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
  • Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Fails to respect professional boundaries
  • Does not comply with safety instructions

The full service fee applies in such cases.

10. Minors (Under 18)

  • Guests under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the service
  • Certain services may not be available to minors

11. Website & Booking System Use

By using our website or Fresha, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems
  • Interfere with website performance or security
  • Use the booking system for fraudulent or speculative purposes
  • Copy or reuse any content without permission

12. Third-Party Services (Fresha)

LA French Spa relies exclusively on Fresha for:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Client management
  • Payment processing
  • Email/SMS notifications

Fresha’s independent Terms and Privacy Policy apply to all data processed through their platform.
LA French Spa is not responsible for external system errors, outages, or data practices performed by third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, LA French Spa is not liable for:

  • Reactions or outcomes when relevant health information was not disclosed
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Delays or interruptions caused by Fresha’s platform
  • Medical issues not caused by negligence

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time.
Updates will appear on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of our website or booking through Fresha constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the LA French Spa website – including but not limited to text, service descriptions, images, logos, branding elements, design layouts, and website structure – is the exclusive property of LA French Spa LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication of any content from our website, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use our intellectual property without express authorization.
